As a vital member of our Spokane and Northwest team, you'll have the chance to work on challenging projects where we'll depend on your expertise, intuition, and leadership with planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects. You'll grow professionally with us because we'll rise together on impactful projects with a high degree of technical complexity along with client and stakeholder relationship development from the concept stage through detailed design and construction services. You'll be leading multidiscipline design and construction management teams to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets and help advance our business development strategies. As a Seller/Do'er, your relationships with our clients and communities in the Eastern WA, Northern ID and Montana will support our growth with key and strategic pursuits of traditional planning and design projects as well as alternative delivery opportunities. Here's what you'll need • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering • Washington, Idaho, Montana Professional Engineer (P.E.) (or ability to obtain within 6 months) • Demonstrated experience working on successful projects with WSDOT, ITD, MDT, Eastern WA, Northern ID, and/or Montana local agencies • At least 8 years of progressive experience as a lead discipline engineer and/or deputy project manager in Transportation and Highway engineering • Ability to demonstrate Project Leadership experience • Experience leading multidiscipline teams • Working knowledge of federal, state, local agency design guidelines • Strong networks and relationships in the Eastern WA, Northern ID, and/or Montana transportation markets, including existing and potential clients and other consulting firms. • Ability to work with marketing team and lead the technical side of proposals Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
