Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Opportunity: ENT Coverage for ER Call Our organization is collaborating with a hospital in Florida that is in need of an ENT specialist for occasional ER call coverage. The facility is seeking candidates who are available on both weekdays and weekends to handle a variety of standard ENT cases, including those involving Level II Trauma. Key Responsibilities • Provide coverage for sporadic ER calls. • Manage a range of Bread and Butter ENT cases. • Handle Level II Trauma cases as needed. Requirements and Qualifications • Availability for specific dates, particularly from July 14-17 (Friday to Monday). • Experience in ENT with a focus on manageable case volume. Working Conditions The call coverage will involve a reasonable volume of cases, ensuring a balanced workload. Compensation and Benefits • Competitive daily and hourly rates for each day of call coverage. • All travel, lodging, and medical malpractice expenses will be fully covered. • Malpractice insurance provided with an "A" Rated policy, offering $1.5 million coverage and a guaranteed tail.
