Key Responsibilities • Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs. • Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary. • Engage in regular consultation with other professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated care for clients. • Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulations and organizational procedures, keeping paperwork to a minimum. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a wide spectrum of clients, including individuals grappling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications • A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. • Active and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in the state of Washington. • Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for effective treatment. • Strong understanding of psychopharmacology with the ability to collaborate with medication providers. • Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with a diverse client base.
