This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities • Conduct one-on-one video sessions with clients, providing therapy tailored to their unique mental health needs. • Facilitate discussions where clients can explore their emotions and experiences, aiding them in gaining deep insights into their personal challenges and relationships. • Act as a client advocate, helping them identify personal goals and pathways to achieve them. • Utilize your clinical expertise to assess clients' mental conditions accurately and develop personalized treatment plans based on solution-focused methodologies. • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress through our secure clinical documentation system. • Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance treatment efficacy and share best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Your clients will primarily be adults facing a range of mental health challenges that are stable and manageable. With an emphasis on low-acuity cases, you will focus on short-term therapy goals and skill-building techniques aimed at improving clients' overall wellbeing. The support you provide will help empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys with confidence. Qualifications • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling. • Possession of one of the following independent licenses: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. • Strong computer literacy, with the ability to navigate various telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems efficiently. Preferred Experience • Experience working with adult populations in outpatient settings. • Familiarity with solution-focused or cognitive-behavioral therapy practices. • Proven track record of developing successful therapeutic relationships with clients.
