We are looking for a Mail Clerk or Mail Clerk Sr- Day Shift who will: • Perform special handling processes such as group and burst statements while performing quality and quantity checks. . Maintain an accurate log of ESP, AESP and Direct Solutions statements, labels, past due notices and repots by cycle, date, description of statement types and products. • Maintain and update customer address information on multiple shipping systems within the department. • Monitor and reprint any damaged statements to ensure accuracy. • Utilize CSG tracking software to complete the mailing process. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who: • Are dependable and are open to working a10 -hour shift schedule of 7:30 AM-6:00 PM Monday- Thursday. May include some weekends and holidays. Overtime opportunities are available. • Can use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel. • Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis. • Can perform basic mathematical calculations. • Are proficient in English in a business environment.
