Okie Staffing has a position open for a Paint Prep Technician for a reputable aviation manufacturing company. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to convert to full-time for the right candidate. This role focuses on preparing aircraft components for the paint process. Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for operating a company delivery truck, delivering products to stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. Drivers are also responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays.This role requires safely operating a delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable, loading and unloading product, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. Palletizer OperatorThe Palletizer Operator is responsible for operating the control panel for automatic palletizing equipment to sort, transfer, and stack to pallets the cases of finished product. The operator is responsible for reading packaging specifications to ensure correct pallet type and arrangement of cases onto pallet matches specification. They must understand and align business operations as they execute their role to exceed customer expectations and align with operational objectives.ResponsibilitiesOperates control panel for automatic palletizing equipment to sort, transfer, and stack on pallets the cases of finished product.
