RESPONSIBILITIES: • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. Job Title Operate a class 8 tractor-trailer providing safe, timely, and accurate route deliveries to store locations as part of our company fleet. Potential first year earnings of $77,269.40 based upon average route hours; actual annual earnings may vary based upon length of route. Utilize electric pallet jacks and lift gates to load, unload, and deliver merchandise to designated store locations. Follow assigned routes, stops, and schedules to ensure efficient deliveries within set timeframes. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain Hours of Service (HOS) logs, and comply with FMCSA regulations. Secure all loads, vehicle doors, and alarms before and after each stop; ensure proper delivery verification and manage returned merchandise. Assist with various delivery routes as needed to support operational requirements.
