Warehouse Technician The position will require flexibility with the schedule based on the season: Winter: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Summer: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. We believe the best work happens when people feel supported and valued. Key Responsibilities • Primarily receive and inspect deliveries, verifying accuracy and condition • Pull and stage HVAC materials and equipment for installation crews • Maintain organized inventory, labeling and shelving supplies • Track and report material usage and jobsite returns • Assist with equipment loading, unloading, and jobsite delivery • Keep warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards • Support occasional after-hours or weekend duties during peak seasons • Help with minor tool repairs and inventory audits as needed Qualifications • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred (HVAC or construction industry a plus) • Basic computer and inventory software skills • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and operate forklifts (certification a plus) • Must pass DOT physical • Comfortable with vertical mobility and working from heights • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Must pass background check and drug screening Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required) • Understanding of safety regulations and requirements • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Familiarity with Service Titan • Procore knowledge What We Offer • Clear career path and advancement opportunities • Competitive pay • CEU and license reimbursement • Paid time off and holidays • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Kayaks and paddleboards available for employee use • Employer paid life insurance with EAP • Seasonal event tickets • 401(k) with company match • A team-focused culture that values safety, accountability, and growth Join the team that builds more than just HVAC systems—we build careers. Medica's Customer Service Representatives are the primary contact for members to resolve service inquires for claims, enrollment, billing, pharmacy, as well as interpreting contracts, and explaining benefits. They work telephonically and are responsible for exceptional levels of service satisfaction, providing quality service, and the service recovery process. The service recovery process is critical, and our Customer Service Representatives will utilize this process to assist members in complex situations. Successful Customer Service Representatives build an amazing base of health plan and health claims knowledge that they leverage to be considered for career advancement opportunities throughout the Call Center and other areas of Medica's business. This class has multiple openings and will start on Monday, August 31st, 2026. Training hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm CST; after training shifts do change. Our department is open Monday-Friday 8:00am CST- 9:00pm CST, and Saturdays from 9:00am CST - 3:00pm CST. Key Accountabilities • Customer Service experience in a Healthcare related setting preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to deliver high quality service to Medica's members • Ability to interact with the team and support each other in dealing with customer issues • Advanced ability to multi task and manage time efficiently is needed • An ability to identify process improvements, provide mentor and peer feedback, and develop knowledge of multiple products and platforms • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and respond well to a rapidly changing industry and operational environment Required Qualifications • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirement • 2+ years of customer service experience Schedules after training vary based on business need and may include: • 8:00am-5:00pm • 9:00am-5:30pm • 9:30am-6:00pm • 10:00am-6:30pm CST (shift differential incentives are offered for this later shift) • 10:30am-7:00pm CST (shift differential incentives are offered for this later shift) • 11:30am-8:00pm CST (shift differential incentives are offered for this later shift) • 12:00pm- 8:30pm CST (shift differential incentives are offered for this later shift) • 12:30pm-9:00pm CST (shift differential incentives are offered for this later shift) • *Schedules may include Saturday shifts from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm based on business needs.* This position is a Remote role. The full salary grade for this position is $34,100 - $53,200. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $33,300 - $41,370. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary. Data Collector Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges. The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas. The project is performed on cars with 360 cameras mounted on top that image the area around the vehicle and store those images on computers inside the vehicle. Later, this data will be used to enhance one the most popular online maps in the world. The data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, specifically targeting commercial districts and historical sites. Due to poor weather conditions some areas will be visited multiple times in order to collect the best quality of imaging. The project is expected to last at least 3 months and will cover different city/state zones. The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows well the area, traffic trends, is highly responsible and reliable. The schedule expected on the project is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day 40 hours per week. You can work more than 8 hours if you will.
