Job Title Help Duties You will remove incoming documents from envelopes, perform initial sort, and screen and separate material into categories. You will record and control incoming and outgoing registered, certified, and insured mail, complete associated forms for return to the post office. You will open and read mail that is undesignated and determine proper routing by subject matter. You will deliver incoming and pick up outgoing mail throughout the organization. You will perform miscellaneous messenger work, such as receiving, delivering, and collecting incoming and outgoing mail or other documents or items, including correspondence, memorandum, files, records, publications, packages, and similar material. You will perform a variety of miscellaneous office clerical and light manual or mechanical tasks.
