Drivers operate company-provided electric vehicles, meaning you never use your own car, never pay for gas, never carry commercial insurance, and never put mileage on your personal vehicle.Job Description We're looking for safe, dependable drivers who enjoy interacting with people and want consistent work with a growing company. Rather than deliveries or app-based rideshare trips, you'll be helping members of the community get where they need to go - seniors attending appointments, workers commuting, residents running errands, and visitors exploring the area.Responsibilities Provide safe, reliable transportation while delivering a high level of customer serviceEnsure vehicles are clean, comfortable, and safety-ready at the start of each shiftUse navigation and dispatch tools to select efficient routes and support timely arrivalsRepresent Freebee and our municipal or community partners as a professional ambassador, including occasional promotional or outreach eventsCommunicate clearly with management and team members regarding incidents, delays, or issues encountered while on the roadPosition Requirements You must be at least 22 years old.Must have the ability to drive a commercial vehicle.Must have a passion for helping others.Must have a valid Florida Driver's License.Have 3+ years of licensed driving experience in the United States.Must possess strong communication skills.Ability to multitask and navigate a driver app.Must have a clean driving record.Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and physical.Health, Dental & Vision Insurance: Stay covered with our comprehensive healthcare plans.401(k) Retirement Plan: Start saving for your future with self contributions.Life Insurance: Company-provided life insurance for peace of mind.Flexible Scheduling: Full-time and part-time shifts available to fit your lifestyle.Paid Training: Get fully trained and paid while you learn the ropes.Community-Focused Work: Make a difference by helping people and supporting local communities.A Day in the Life of a Freebee Ambassador Arrive at your assigned Freebee hub (usually a municipal garage) and pick up your vehicleLog into the Freebee Driver app and begin your shiftComplete a brief vehicle inspection to ensure everything is safe and operating properlyService ride requests within your assigned zone, following routing instructions from point to pointProvide a welcoming and helpful experience to passengers during each tripKeep the vehicle clean and comfortable throughout the dayStay in touch with dispatch or Driver Support if anything comes up during your shiftAt the end of the shift, return the vehicle to Freebee's hub, do a quick tidy-up, and plug it in to chargeAt Freebee, we celebrate diversity.
