Education Requirements • High school diploma or GED required • Valid driver's license with a good driving record required • Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations Experience Requirements • 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping & receiving, or order fulfillment experience required • Forklift experience preferred • Experience with inventory management systems, handheld scanners, and warehouse software • Strong computer and typing skills required • Familiarity with ISO or quality management systems is a plus • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving abilities Job Duties • Receive, store, organize, and distribute inventory throughout the warehouse • Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment • Process incoming inventory, returns, and sales return orders • Manage inventory records, cycle counts, write-offs, and inventory adjustments • Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) • Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and warehouse equipment safely • Build custom shipping crates and storage solutions using hand and power tools • Process shipping, receiving, and return transactions • Assist with inventory investigations and scrap processing • Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives • Create and update work instructions and quality documentation to support ISO 13485 compliance Physical Capabilities • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. • Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment. • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
