Clerical - Clinic Clerk Class B Assist in maintaining health records and recording health information. First Aide training preferred or willing to obtain training. Medication certification and CPR training required. Must dispense daily medications and administer medical first aid when necessary. Other responsibilities include computer data entry, log and run attendance profiles, and contact parents when instructed by the administrator, ability to generate associated reports and other duties as assigned. Knowledge of Infinite Campus and computer skills would be helpful. Flexibility, mobility, and ability to lift required. Other duties as assigned. Testing required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. • Reaching out to customers to schedule regular insurance reviews based on predetermined timelines or triggers. • Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. • Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
