Security Officer The Muscogee Creek Nation Department of Health (MCNDH) security officers are employed to protect lives and physical property. Their main duty is to enforce the rules, regulations and procedures of the MCNDH. Security officers are to control access and prevent trespass, loss or damage to the MCNDH property. Represent the MCNDH by providing guidance to authorized visitors and other MCNDH property. Manage traffic flow and deter criminal activity on the MCNDH property. Work is performed in an office environment when documenting and filing reports. Primary duties are performed inside and outside of the clinical facilities and on the clinic grounds. Risk of potential exposure to hostile individuals and situations, infectious diseases, smoke, fire, outside weather, etc. Physical demands of the position required: continuous standing, walking, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing and working within small or cramped quarters. Duties may include carrying, lifting, pulling or pushing parts and equipment weighing up to and at times beyond 50 pounds. Physical restraint of individuals may be required in the performance of duties. Physical ability and conditioning sufficient to handle an encounter that turns physically violent. Satisfactory job performance will be determined by successful execution of the following: • Inspect all areas of the clinical facility for safety and fire hazards. Document findings and notify administrator on a regular basis. • Respond to all emergency situations in order to de-escalate and resolve any incident that could potentially harm patients, staff and visitors of the facility. Call outside assistance as needed. • Respond and participate in emergency situations and/or internal, external disasters, bomb threats, active shooter threats, potential infant security issues/abductions, severe weather conditions, etc. • Respond to all fire alarms and contain fires when possible. Assist in moving patients or controlling crowds as required. • Monitor parking practices of employees and visitors to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. • Escort visitors, patients and employees to vehicles as requested. • Assist individuals having vehicular problems and assist as appropriate. • Monitor and promote compliance with policies and procedures such as solicitation, smoking and visiting hours. • Conduct investigation of all items reported lost or stolen in order to aid employees and patients in recovering articles. • Regular attendance is required. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Perform daily rounding's and complete the daily logs/reporting. • Conduct training sessions regarding safety for staff members as requested. • Complete Incident Reports as needed Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws. Experience 1-2 Years Qualification BE Computer Science /IT,MCA General Job Duties • Perform QA functions for any issue resolution from support calls. • Track and thoroughly document all customer issues in our ticketing system. • As issues are reported from customers diagnose if the issue is a change or a bug then communicate issues to the analyst, development staff, or sales consultant appropriately. • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) as you will be interacting with various developers, analysts and project managers. • Facilitate positive proactive working relationships with customers and internal resources. • Performs visits to customer sites to perform any preventative maintenance that can increase the stability and control of the Exacta software (Proprietary Software) • Participation in an on call and/or escalation rotation. • Handles escalations or consultations from application support specialist. • Performs monthly customer meetings for priority clients. • Act as first point of contact for development. Superior Performance Objectives • Develop Reports using Crystal Management and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). • Create datasets to analyze and recreate issues reported by customers. • Ability to look through database log files to troubleshoot software issues. • Implement and improve remote monitoring tools for our customer's systems. • Demonstrate superior customer service (as measured by our customers: surveys and satisfaction from support renewals). • Ability to work with specialist and provide feedback and/or guidance to resolve an issue. • Ensure escalated issues are recorded in knowledgebase. • Act as a champion and a liaison internally for our customers for all database, reporting and daily stats issues. • Ensure customer satisfaction for at least three priority clients. Requirements • Degree/Education Required • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and various Databases (SQL Server and Oracle). Classroom experience with Databases OK • Willing to travel 15-20% Travel includes site visits for preventative maintenance and support of critical issues. • Minimum one year of experience troubleshooting Exacta as an Analyst II. • Excellent customer service skills. Remain positive and calm under pressure. • Excellent troubleshooting abilities and analytical skills. • Ability to write and understand Advanced SQL Queries. • Ability to modify and create SSRS Reports, Stored Procedures and Triggers. • Ability to review and use Source Code to troubleshoot issues. • Ability to diagnose and fix source code. • Superior oral and written communication skills.
