The Role Netflix is seeking a Senior Content Designer for our Live XD team. The successful candidate will combine superior craft and communication skills with a passion for user experience design and entertainment. About the role You'll use language and design to help shape the future of Live programming on Netflix, including sports and must-see events. As part of a cross-functional team, you'll test new ideas and approaches to content design that inform, educate, guide, and delight while creating business value. About you You love using language to create intuitive, frictionless user experiences. You have a passion for both end-to-end feature development and designing experiments focusing on different language approaches. You possess a strong desire to understand user behavior and business success through data and consumer insights, and are passionate about partnering with Globalization to make Netflix amazing around the world. Your Skills: • You're a storyteller who can craft and orchestrate cohesive narratives across platforms. • You're comfortable with experiment design, and working closely with Designers and Product Managers to develop hypotheses and test plans. • You use words and tone of voice to bring products to life and give interactions a brand personality. • You're able to flex your writing style from pithy value props to more tactical microcopy. • You're a systems thinker who excels at developing scalable language frameworks. • You know how to bring a product's voice to life in order to connect with customers. • You communicate productively with visual thinkers and will be comfortable advocating for your point of view in our candid, feedback-driven culture. Key Responsibilities: • You'll work on several projects at once, providing concepting, content strategy, and writing from early ideation through final execution. • You understand how to rationalize UX solutions with data, improve designs through feedback, and thoughtfully question the status quo. • You'll initiate your own innovation projects and identify opportunities to join existing projects to elevate the quality of their work. • You'll partner with Design leadership to evolve Netflix's guidelines and standards. Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years experience writing for consumer-facing digital products. • Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions independently. • Portfolio demonstrating Content Design and user-focused product design strategy. • Experience designing for streaming services, live TV, and/or sports is a plus. • Outstanding communication, presentation, and people skills. • Experience with a/b testing and experiments • Ability to think critically about user journeys and content flows, and to connect the dots between them. This is a full-time, salaried role reporting to the Content Design Manager in the Member Experience Design (XD) team. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $120,000-$515,000 Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off. Customer Service Representative III Remote The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for general customer service support primarily focused on providing part and pump price quotes, processing part and pump orders and assisting with warranty claim and invoice billing issues. Core responsibilities include: • Perform Customer Service Support functions as the first point of contact with the customer. • Adhere to ISO9001 Customer Service Procedures and Work Instructions. • Maintain Quote Log and Production Order Log Tracking Database. • Utilize the ERP-LX (Order Entry) system. • Provide Part, Pump, Motor quotes to customers as required. • Assist with Warranty claim Processing. • Assist with Credit Memo / No Charge requirements. • Preparing the customer communication folder. • Perform Order Entry Processing and provide Order Status updates as required. • Process Change orders (address changes, schedule date, carrier changes). • Assist Sales teams with customer support activities. • Understand and perform Export Compliance tasks as required. • Interface with the customer to assist in resolving AR Collections Dispute Resolution issues. • Other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager. Qualifications: • High School Diploma. Prefer associates degree individuals or some level of college experience. • Strong financial/accounting skills required. • Problem solving skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required. • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications. • 5-10 years experience Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm PST, Monday through Friday Location: Remote Work Setting
