Equal Opportunity Employer Job Description As a Retail Inventory Specialist, you would be a part of our CROSSMARK Field Intelligence Team. The primary function of this team is to travel locally to grocery, mass merchant, and drug stores collecting observational data about product placement and inventory information. To do this, you would spend the majority of your day walking and standing on the sales floor using a handheld device to scan products. The work is typically performed Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm with occasional weekend work. Once the initial one-on-one training is complete, this job provides some scheduling flexibility with the expectation that assigned work is completed within a specified deadline. Frito-Lay is seeking Delivery Drivers / Route Sales Representatives to deliver, stock, and merchandise Frito-Lay products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail locations on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for operating a company delivery truck, delivering products to stores, unloading and stocking shelves and displays, rotating product to ensure freshness, building promotional displays, and maintaining positive relationships with store managers and staff. Drivers are also responsible for tracking inventory, completing route paperwork, and ensuring stores are properly stocked according to company merchandising standards. This position typically pays $60,000 to $75,000 per year, which is commonly equivalent to $28 to $36 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, performance bonuses, and route sales incentives based on sales volume and product displays.This role requires safely operating a delivery truck, following DOT regulations when applicable, loading and unloading product, and meeting delivery and stocking deadlines for assigned stores. Warehouse Workers are responsible for loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, moving product throughout the warehouse, picking and packing orders, building pallets, shrink-wrapping pallets, and using pallet jacks or forklifts to move product. Employees must follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour, with additional pay for overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts, and some locations may offer attendance bonuses, performance bonuses, and peak season incentives.Warehouse Workers are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, scanning products into inventory systems, stacking and wrapping pallets, and preparing orders for delivery drivers.
