The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Overnight Customer Experience Representative (CXR) at the Orlando Airport. The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. This pay for this position starts at $19.61 / hr ($20.11 / hr after 4pm) PLUS monthly customer service based bonus incentives. This is an anticipated yearly pay of $40,800 / year to $50,000 / year. Responsibilities • Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner • Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment • Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information • Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors • Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned • Assist to assess condition of rental upon return • Notify Management of any known customer problems • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance • Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years old • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required • Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. • A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years • Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English • Must be willing to work at the Orlando International Airport • Must be willing to accept pay of $19.61/hour ($20.11/hour after 4pm) • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work a full-time (40 hour/week) OVERNIGHT shift schedule, including holidays, from 10pm - 6am , with days off on weekdays. Position Summary Position Summary The Environmental Services Technician ll is responsible for executing the daily duties required to establish and maintain a safe, clean, healing environment. The role ensures daily room cleaning and timely room turnaround times related to patient throughput within the basic principles of environmental hygiene and infection prevention. The Environmental Services Technician, in accordance with organizationalstandards of quality, is an essential contributorto cleaning, disinfection, infection prevention, and customer experience. Essential Functions • Responds to common inquiries or complaints from customers, using appropriate designated engagement techniques. • Cleans and disinfects patient rooms, and ancillary areas, to include, but not limited to, bathrooms, public areas, corridors, medication storage rooms as directed and any other areas that may require attention using designated and appropriate chemicals and cleaning procedures. • Accesses and uses all department related technology systems such as, but not limited to, the Bed Management systems. • Replenishes supplies as needed, removes bio-medical waste, trash, and soiled linen as required daily and changes cubicle/window curtains as needed. • Completes patient room and bathroom cleaning daily to accommodate discharges/admissions and overall cleanliness standards, utilizing the approved procedures for patient room cleaning to include Bed Management systems where applicable. • Performs duties while demonstrating working knowledge of health care cleaning and disinfecting principles and requirements, proper and safe chemical use, equipment handling, and labor-saving products for all items within the healthcare environment assigned for servicing. • Adheres to all organization safety, risk management, and infection control guidelines and standards while promoting a culture of safety. • Operates UV disinfection machine as needed or according to policy. • Actively participates in departmental performance improvement initiatives, including, but not limited to, initiatives to improve Customer Experience and cleanliness metrics. • Follows all infection prevention practices including proper cleaning and disinfection protocols and process, hand hygiene, standard and isolation precautions, as well as proper donning and doffing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) • Recognizes and adheres to patient privacy requirements (HIPAA). • Assistsin onboarding new Environmental Services Technician I and II's asrequested. • Reports unsafe situations and turnsin Engineering Service Requestsforrepair. • Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards. • Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures. Other Related Functions • Identifies and utilizes appropriate resources to ensure identified problems or concerns are followed through and resolved. • Demonstrates knowledge of facility safety requirements. • Demonstrates the ability to operate and properly maintain all EVS tools and equipment needed to clean and disinfect the environment. • Demonstrates the ability to set-up/dismantle beds for cleaning according to department cleaning procedures. • Completes other tasks assigned by EVS leadership. Education/Training High School Diploma or GED preferred. Licensure/Certification None. Experience Two (2) years of experience in healthcare support services, EVS, hospitality, or a related field.
