Duties and Responsibilities • Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, manually or using a handheld scanner. • Research and reconcile daily inventory variances. • Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system. • Identify and report close dated product. • Flexible to cross train across inventory functions including, but not limited to, raw materials, QI holds, and SAP to Basis. • Collaboratively work with planners, shipping and receiving, and production partners. Qualifications Education: • High School Diploma or GED Required. • Associate's Degree preferred. Experience: • 0-3 years warehouse/inventory experience required. • Prior auditing experience preferred. • Strong computer and database skills. • Strong math skills. • Ability to read and follow directions. • Ability to work with minimal supervision. • Forklift certification is preferred. • SAP knowledge and preferred. Job Title Under general supervision, provide transportation of patients/clients to and from hospitals, convalescent facilities, dialysis centers, rehabilitation centers, medical offices and patient/clients private residence in a safe, secure and professional manner. Minimum Qualifications Education High School diploma or GED. Experience No experience necessary, prefer 1 year experience working with psychiatric patients. Licenses & Certification Valid Oklahoma Driver's License, Must be Insurable. Must become CPI or similar certified within 60 days of employment. Current BLS certification or recertification within six weeks of hire. Knowledge & Skills • Knowledge of basic vehicle operations and driver/car manuals. • Ability to follow GPS and/or capable of reading a map for directions. • Ability to remain calm in potentially tense situations. • Skills in organizing maintaining accurate records and documentation. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. • Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with patients, clinic/hospital staff, and the general public. • Ability to work with Muscogee Nation Transit and follow all policy and procedures required to reserve, pick up and return vehicles • Ability to utilize a personal computer and its applications in a Windows environment. • Ability to maintain a confident, professional demeanor. Work Environment Work is performed in an inpatient, ambulatory health care setting and outdoor setting. There is common exposure to infectious communicable disease, potentially hazardous chemicals, and biohazardous materials. Incumbent must be aware of all risks involved and be willing to take precautions as required and requested. Special attire may be required as protection against infection and radiation. Physical Demands Work requires long periods of standing and walking in the hospital. Working with patients requires recurring bending, lifting, stooping, stretching and positioning patients. Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds is needed. Incumbent must be able to cope with constant changes in a stress-laden environment. Essential Functions Satisfactory job performance will be determined by successful execution of the following: • Transporting patients and clients utilizing MCN Transit vehicles in a safe and professional manner. • Effectively communicates with MCN Transit regarding vehicle registration, pick up and return. • Must report immediately to supervisor any vehicle and/or violations that could affect maintaining a valid Oklahoma Driver's License. • Maintains patient confidentiality. • Maintain a professional image and attitude in regard to clients, visitors and coworkers. • Remains with patient and assist them as needed while in Transport Drivers custody. • Patient/client is never to be left alone or unsupervised in vehicle and/or public areas. • Responsible for accurate documentation requirements for vehicle. • Must be able to understand and operate GPS devices, cell phones and capable of reading a map for directions. • Must be physically able to step up and down steps, safely secure clients for transport, lift up to 50 lbs, and transport wheelchair patients on paved and unpaved surfaces. • Ability to remain calm during emergency behavioral situations. • Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
