How You Will Create the Extraordinary The Security Officer is responsible for protecting company assets and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees. This role provides assistance, conducts patrols, responds to incidents, and enforces company policies while maintaining professionalism and exceptional service. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and fellow employees. • Provide directions, escorts, and assistance to guests as needed. • Assist civil and law enforcement authorities, including providing testimony in court or administrative hearings. • Perform chip fills, jackpot verifications, and money escorts. • Provide first aid and CPR when necessary. • Patrol all areas of the property to identify safety hazards and security concerns. • Interview, investigate, and document incidents in accordance with company policy. • Complete detailed lost and found reports and incident descriptions. • Enforce all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Maintain attendance standards and adhere to departmental and company guidelines. What You Will Need HAT YOU WILL NEED • Must be 21 years of age or older. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Two years of experience in a role with direct guest contact required. • Preferred: two years of police, military, or casino security experience. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Working knowledge of basic computer programs. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Virginia Gaming License. • Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. • Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance. • Must complete eight (8) hours of ASP (baton) training. • Ability to prepare effective written reports. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for operating company vehicles. • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in temperatures ranging from 10°F to 115°F. • Ability to physically restrain individuals when necessary. • Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in crisis or stressful situations. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Ability to stoop, bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip, and maneuver quickly on various surfaces. • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs. • Ability to tolerate secondhand smoke Wage: $16.00 an hour Job Info • Job Identification 87577 • Job Category Security and Surveillance • Job Schedule Full time • Locations Caesars Virginia (On-site)

Data Collector Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a field data collection company founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is not possible. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges. The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas. The project is performed on cars with 360 cameras mounted on top that image the area around the vehicle and store those images on computers inside the vehicle. Later, this data will be used to enhance one the most popular online maps in the world. The data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, specifically targeting commercial districts and historical sites. Due to poor weather conditions some areas will be visited multiple times in order to collect the best quality of imaging. The project is expected to last at least 3 months and will cover different city/state zones. The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows well the area, traffic trends, is highly responsible and reliable. The schedule expected on the project is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day 40 hours per week. You can work more than 8 hours if you will.
