Job Description We are hiring service-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. In this role, you will handle inbound interactions for major brands, assisting customers with questions, service requests, account needs, and product support. The UPS Store (TUPSS) Compliance Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining compliance documents, internal business practices, and network processes and procedures to support over 5,400 locally owned The UPS Store locations. This position is responsible for reviewing compliance packet submissions, performing detailed analysis, and documenting findings in alignment with internal business procedures. It ensures adherence to brand standards, addresses customer escalations by providing timely resolutions, and supports decision-making through research and report preparation. The Compliance Specialist also partners with stakeholders to manage and escalate compliance issues, develop corrective actions, and recommend enhancements to existing processes. This position is responsible for reviewing the compliance packet submissions, conducting analysis, documenting, and communicating findings per the internal business processes. This position upholds brand standards, responds to customer escalation requests, provides resolution, conducts research and prepares reports. He/She collaborates with stakeholders to resolve and escalate compliance failures, creating corrective action and recommending process improvements. Responsibilities • Review compliance packet submissions and determine acceptance or rejection within allocated timeframes based on required documentation. • Assess compliance packets to determine center compliance status. • Document exceptions to brand standards and compliance following internal business processes. • Ensure center builds meet standards in Corporate and Area Owned locations. • Follow up with Franchisee Consultants and Area Franchisees regarding past-due compliance packages. • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and update documents supporting The UPS Store standards and specifications. • Collaborate with internal teams and field representatives to address and escalate compliance concerns. • Respond to field inquiries via email and Microsoft Booking sessions. Conduct sessions with field personnel to address questions related to compliance reviews. • Review changes to compliance processes, update supporting resources, and communicate changes to stakeholders. • Process check requests for vendors related to upgrades in accordance with internal business reviews. • Release funds to franchisees, Corporate Regions, and Area Franchisees in accordance with internal business practices. • Process check requests related to Renewal Rebates per internal business practices. • Process vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment aligned with contract terms and internal procedures. • Perform account reconciliation in accordance with internal business processes. • Review and process Order Workbooks (OOW) and Digital Order Workbooks (DOW) in accordance to internal business practices. • Generate reports using basic software tools. Review and update data for accuracy and completeness. Identify and resolve issues in report generation, such as missing variables or incorrect data. Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to management. • Assist with tasks and deliverables for the Design and Construction team, Operations department, or other company initiatives as needed. We count features, take pictures, make videos, record speech, and scan areas for every detail you need to make more informed decisions. Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready to accept new challenges. The goal of the project is to help collect images of streets, main points of interest and public areas. The project is performed on cars with 360 cameras mounted on top that image the area around the vehicle and store those images on computers inside the vehicle. Later, this data will be used to enhance one the most popular online maps in the world. The data collectors will be given specific routes around public streets and areas, specifically targeting commercial districts and historical sites. Due to poor weather conditions some areas will be visited multiple times in order to collect the best quality of imaging. The project is expected to last at least 3 months and will cover different city/state zones. The ideal candidate enjoys driving, knows well the area, traffic trends, is highly responsible and reliable. The schedule expected on the project is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day 40 hours per week. You can work more than 8 hours if you will.
