Service Porter Position: Service Porter Department: Service Reports To: Service Manager Position Summary The Service Porter plays a key role in supporting the Service Department by ensuring smooth operations, maintaining dealership standards, and assisting customers. This position involves vehicle handling, light maintenance tasks, and providing excellent customer service through efficient support and transportation services. Key Responsibilities • Vehicle Management & Inventory • Check in and document incoming vehicle inventory accurately. • Move vehicles to designated service, parking, or display areas as directed. • Maintain organization and cleanliness of vehicle lots and service lanes. • Customer Service & Transport • Provide shuttle service to transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely and courteous manner. • Assist customers with vehicle pick-up, drop-off, and valet-style service. • Maintenance & Facility Support • Perform light maintenance tasks such as area beautification, and vehicle cleaning when needed. • Assist with dealership facility cleanliness, including service drive and parking areas. • Team Support • Deliver parts, documents, or vehicles as required. • Support service advisors, technicians, and other dealership staff with operational needs. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods. Warehouse Clerk The Warehouse Clerk receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions. Essential Functions • Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in material, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to accounting for processing. • Responsible for distributing or allocating specific parts, materials, or components from inventory to support active assembly jobs. • Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped. • Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas. • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. • Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople and customer traffic. • Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method. • Open boxes, crates, and other containers. • Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program. • Assist in counting of physical inventory. • Operate forklift and/or pallet jack as needed. • Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments. • Prepare parcels for mailing. • Sweep, dust, and mop. Work Environment Non-temperature-controlled environment with loud noises, dust, dirt, and metal particles that are usually associated with metal fabrication shops. All employees are required to wear personal protective equipment to include noise/hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, and OSHA compliant safety boots/shoes within the manufacturing facility. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. This position requires walking, the ability to reach, ascend/descend ladders, bend, kneel, and stoop. The employee occasionally will lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Travel Local travel may be required to pick up or deliver products in this position. Job SummaryUnder general supervision, apprehends, impounds, rehomes, and euthanizes as necessary unlicensed, stray, and uncontrolled animals within the Sand Springs city limits in accordance with state and local laws, rules and regulations. Performs animal care and customer service functions at the Animal Welfare facility and focuses on pet adoption and other favorable outcomes through appropriate means.
