Legal Operations is the organizational backbone of the legal team at Palantir and our Deal Support & Operations Administrators directly support all aspects of revenue generation at the company. Our Deal Support & Operations team have a strong understanding of Palantir’s growth strategy, and are eager to implement and operationalize that strategy in our contracting processes. Our Administrators have a passion for helping others, making them an invaluable resource to our customer deal pipeline. As a Deal Support & Operations Administrator, you will be handling a wide variety of responsibilities throughout the customer contracting lifecycle. You will support Palantir’s lawyers and contracting specialists, in collaboration with our sales team and executives, to facilitate the growth of our business by managing all aspects of contract administration. As part of the Deal Support & Operations team, you will become an expert in your specific customer vertical, take ownership for scaling workflows and critical initiatives as it relates to each business unit. Throughout your work, you will take initiative, operate with resourcefulness, and execute quickly and effectively the processes that drive revenue at Palantir. You’ll leverage your excellent communication skills, and exercise tact and diplomacy in helping to manage relationships with teams across Palantir. Most importantly, you have a true desire to be helpful and go above and beyond to solve challenges. Core Responsibilities • Steer contracts through internal systems and coordinate input from various teams across Palantir for expertise, review and negotiation • Document drafting, processing, including formatting, clean-up, filing and executing agreements • Facilitate the completion of customer onboarding forms • Ensure alignment on deals and forecasting expectations across a variety of teams at Palantir including legal, finance, deal team and sales • Maintain accurate records, report project metrics and track contractual terms • Manage business-specific strategic project work to enable the effective growth and scale of deal execution across the legal team What We Value • Ability to pivot quickly, anticipate needs and execute autonomously, with a high sense of urgency • Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team, leveraging effective communication, strong writing and customer service skills • Meticulous attention to detail, organization and a strong sense of ownership • A “no task too big, no task too small” mentality. The Role   Software Engineers at Palantir build software at scale to transform how organizations around the world use data. In this role, you’ll have an opportunity to grow more quickly than you ever envisioned as you contribute high-quality code directly to Palantir Gotham, Palantir Apollo, or Palantir Foundry: products that are deployed at some of the most important institutions across the public and private sectors. You'll create features used by research scientists, aerospace engineers, intelligence analysts, and economic forecasters in countries around the world. Palantir's Product Development organization is made up of small teams of Software Engineers, each focusing on a specific aspect of a product. For example, you might join a team that builds a Foundry front-end application, or a component of the Gotham release infrastructure. We encourage communication and collaboration among teams to share context, skills, and experience, so you'll also have the opportunity to learn about other business areas.   Core Responsibilities   As a Software Engineer, you are involved throughout the product lifecycle - from idea generation, design, and prototyping, to execution and shipping, all while also being paired with a mentor dedicated to your growth and success. You'll collaborate closely with technical and non-technical counterparts to understand our customers' problems and build products that tackle them. One of the most effective ways to understand what our users need is to meet them. We want people to have the space to think for themselves, while feeling supported by their team.   Technologies We Use   It doesn’t matter what languages you know when you join us; what matters is that you can write clean, effective code and learn new languages quickly. Our software is constantly evolving, so we need engineers who can do the same. Alongside peers that bring diverse experience - whether you’re a former university Teaching Assistant, switched to computer science recently, or are a hackathon enthusiast — you'll build your skills to apply the best technology to solve a given problem. Right now, we use:   • A variety of languages, including Java and Go for backend and Typescript for frontend • Open-source technologies like Cassandra, Spark, Elasticsearch, React, and Redux • Industry-standard build tooling, including Gradle and GitHub What We Value • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of individuals, including engineers, users and non-technical team members. • Willingness to learn and make decisions independently, and the ability to ask questions effectively. • Active US Security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance. Technical Accounting Manager

The Role   As Manager of Technical Accounting you will work in a dynamic environment, often focused on multiple projects simultaneously across various functional groups. You will work directly on technical accounting and stock-based compensation initiatives that drive business decisions while supporting quarterly and annual filings. Core Responsibilities • Responsible for the review and assessment of technical accounting topics impacting the company, such as non-standard transactions (equity, revenue, debt, VIE analysis, investments, etc.), and the evaluation and implementation of new accounting standards. • Own end-to-end stock-based compensation accounting under ASC 718, including journal entries, documenting accounting treatment, and financial statement disclosures • Support ad hoc projects, analysis, and management initiatives • Assist in the preparation and review of the quarterly and annual financial statement, including drafting disclosures.
