Job Description Summary: The Warehouse Technician will take charge of inventory control, streamline warehouse processes, and ensure materials are delivered efficiently to our production teams. Accountabilities: • Streamline warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, implementing clear labeling systems, and optimizing pick/replenishment workflows. • Manage inventory using MRP software (Dynamics 365) to monitor stock levels, analyze demand trends, and create timely purchase and work orders. • Oversee receiving and inspection of incoming materials, verifying accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards. • Collaborate closely with procurement and production teams to ensure material availability, accurate forecasting, and on-time fulfillment. • Lead inventory control initiatives, including cycle counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and corrective actions to maintain stock accuracy. • Coordinate all shipping and receiving activities, from preparing logistics documentation to scheduling carriers and ensuring on-time delivery. • Enforced warehouse safety standards and maintained a clean, compliant, and hazard-free work environment. • Perform daily forklift inspections and completed safety checklists to ensure operational readiness. Qualifications: Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent (required) • 1-3 years' experience in a warehouse technician role or a similar position • Experience utilizing MRP software to monitor inventory levels and track product demand. • Proven experience with generating purchase orders and/or work orders • Forklift certification (required) • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Advanced proficiency with executing inventory control procedures, conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy. Driver - Abilene, TX Job Type: Warehouse Date: Jul 7, 2026 Location: ABILENE, TX, US, 79603 Schedule Options: The hours for this position may include evenings, overnights, holidays, and weekends but may vary according to projects and deadlines. The starting salary for this position while in training is $28.98 per hour plus bonuses. After CDL training is complete, the driver will have the opportunity to be paid based on activity (weights/stops/miles) starting pay up to $80K annually. Additional criteria which should be recognized in evaluating the scope and impact of this position: • Must be able to scale, weigh, read the ticket, and make tandem or 5th wheel adjustments without assistance. • Driver must be able to read a map (in case of road construction and detours). • Must know procedures for getting a tire changed in an isolated area. • Must display professionalism in both appearance and actions. • Must have good driving record. • Must attend and complete designated training school. • Must pass physical and DOT regulations. • Able to work evenings and late-night shifts. • Able to work with little supervision. • Must pass TSA background check (Fuel Only) • Must obtain hazardous material and tanker endorsements (Fuel Only)
