Qualifications • Valid RN or LPN license in good standing with relevant state licensing boards. • Prior experience in acute care settings such as hospitals (including ICU or emergency room), nursing homes, or long-term care facilities is highly desirable. • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth; familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-9/10) is advantageous. • Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology necessary for accurate patient assessment and medication administration. • Experience working with diverse patient populations including seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, or those requiring specialized dementia or memory care services. • Ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations involving urgent care or trauma scenarios such as Level I or Level II trauma centers. • Excellent communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient care; ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining team collaboration.
