Remote Customer Service Rep

Make an impact in the role of Warehouse Associate to support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, and assist with processing returns and exchanges. Other duties include work collaboratively across teams and departments, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, maintain accurate records and documentation, follow safety procedures and company policies, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, along with provide excellent service to customers and team members, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency.
