Medical Assistant II Remote Patient Monitoring (On-Site) Under the supervision of medical staff, supports patient care through remote monitoring services, equipment management, and administrative support. Position: Medical Assistant II Remote Patient Monitoring (On-Site) Location: Ballard Center, Augusta, ME Schedule: 40 hours | Full-time Shift: Days Clinical Responsibilities • Gather and document patient data received through remote patient monitoring programs. • Monitor incoming patient information and ensure accurate and timely documentation in the medical record. • Assist patients with remote monitoring equipment setup and usage. • Troubleshoot remote patient monitoring devices and resolve basic technical issues. • Communicate patient concerns or abnormal findings to the appropriate clinical team members. Administrative & Support Duties • Maintain remote patient monitoring equipment and medical supplies, including stocking, cleaning, troubleshooting, and reordering as needed. • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties, including scheduling, patient registration, reception, filing, data entry, and prior authorization support. • Ensure accurate documentation and completion of required records and reports. • Support departmental workflows to promote efficient patient care and operations. • Operate a motor vehicle to conduct MaineGeneral Health business when required.
