Our Drivers are valued as a trusted partner and an essential member of the Bunzl family $27/hr. | Paid Weekly Sunday - Thursday A Day in the Life • Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles. • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle. • Deliver goods in a timely and safe manner to customer locations, both local and long-distance. • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. • Maintain a clean driving record and ensure timely submission of logs and paperwork. • Accurately pick products based on customer orders. • Ensure all picked items are in good condition and match the order requirements (quantity, quality, etc.). • Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers. • Manage cargo loading/unloading, ensuring items are safely secured. • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. • Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, reporting any issues to management immediately. The Must-Haves • Valid Class A CDL. • A clean driving record, based on our fleet safety standards. • Ability to operate and navigate a variety of commercial vehicles. • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and handle loading/unloading responsibilities. • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best driving practices. • Excellent communication and time-management skills. • Ability to pass background check, drug tests, and maintain an active medical card. • Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance Preferred Requirements • At least 2 years of Driving experience. • Experience with GPS and routing software. Store Consultant The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. This customer service focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas ofthe Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. They will be responsible for taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services. The Store Consultant will operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output, manage complex projects, manage retail supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority. FedEx Office benefits are based on position, average hours, length of service, and plan/program requirements.
