Military Services Coordinator The Military Services Coordinator (MSC) in the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). The MSC performs liaison activities and conducts regular visits to out-based locations to assist active duty personnel in filing for future VA benefits. MSCs provide benefits dissemination briefings and claims intake to transitioning active duty, reservists and guard members as well as to Veterans throughout the community during Outreach programs and events.

Job Title GS-13 Huntington Position Job Description The GS-13 Huntington position will perform SME level work with assignments designed to provide the competencies, skills, and experience required to perform the more complex work at the full performance grade level of GS14 duties listed below: • Lead diverse cost-estimating teams to produce cost estimates and schedules, and review and comment on resource-loaded project schedules and construction sequencing for highly complex dam safety modification projects throughout the nation. • Lead HQUSACE initiatives supporting collection and application of lessons learned on design and construction projects, and analysis of remaining capital investment and priorities for the dam safety program on a national level. • Estimate programmatic funding requirements for dam safety modifications for a portfolio of high-risk dams; estimates are used to determine project priorities on a national level for the dam safety program. • Lead a team of dam safety professionals, assigning and reviewing work, establishing priorities, ensuring resources are available, and providing input to performance evaluations. • Represent USACE on DoD and other interagency groups and conferences attended by top level representatives of industry and government. • Establish and refine cost-estimating policies and resolve problems affecting current and planned dam safety modification activities. • Develop curriculum for Center-led courses for Federal civilian and military agencies and civil infrastructure industry partners. • Perform as technical mentor for cost engineering specialists working for entities across the country, including dam safety production centers and districts. • Perform agency technical review of major rehabilitation and dam safety modification reports for USACE districts in terms of the adequacy and accuracy of schedules and cost estimates. • Lead HQUSACE initiatives supporting collection and application of lessons learned on design and construction projects, and analysis of remaining capital investment and priorities for the national dam safety program. GS-13 Pittsburgh Regional Inland NAV Design Production Center position duties are listed below: • Develop cost estimates for large and complex civil works inland navigation project systems and components. • Provide subject matter technical expertise and interface for complex risk analysis, highly specialized design, design review, construction, and rehabilitation for this diverse array of inland navigation projects and functions. • Development of cost estimates and construction schedules (including cost and schedule risk analyses) for products such as feasibility studies, major rehabilitation reports, design documentation reports, plans and specifications. • Serve as technical advisor and mentor to lower graded personnel and provide technical direction consistent with Corps policy to Districts and Architect-Engineer firms (AE). • Review/recommend approval of Decision/Implementation documents.

Position Summary The Case Management Coordinator utilizes critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management process, The Case Management Coordinator facilitates appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by aiding with appointment scheduling, identifying and assisting with accessing benefits and education for members through the use of care management tools and resources. Key Responsibilities • Evaluation of Members: -Through the use of care management tools and information/data review, conducts comprehensive evaluation of referred member's needs/eligibility and recommends an approach to case resolution and/or meeting needs by evaluating member's benefit plan and available internal and external programs/services. • Identifies high risk factors and service needs that may impact member outcomes and care planning components with appropriate referral to clinical case management or crisis intervention as appropriate. • Coordinates and implements assigned care plan activities and monitors care plan progress. • Enhancement of Medical Appropriateness and Quality of Care: Using holistic approach consults with case managers, supervisors, Medical Directors and/or other health programs to overcome barriers to meeting goals and objectives; presents cases at case conferences to obtain multidisciplinary review in order to achieve optimal outcomes. • Identifies and escalates quality of care issues through established channels. • Utilizes negotiation skills to secure appropriate options and services necessary to meet the member's benefits and/or healthcare needs. • Utilizes influencing/ motivational interviewing skills to ensure maximum member engagement and promote lifestyle/behavior changes to achieve optimum level of health. • Provides coaching, information and support to empower the member to make ongoing independent medical and/or healthy lifestyle choices. • Helps member actively and knowledgably participate with their provider in healthcare decision-making. • Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation of Care: - Utilizes case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines and company policies and procedures. Required Qualifications • Must reside in the state of Illinois • Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel up to 40% of the time from candidate home location. Position Summary The Client Care Emergency Services Specialist will be responsible for answering all incoming calls on the Collette emergency phone line. Issues may be related to flight and transportation delays, passenger illness and injuries that may occur while on tour. This role is for a creative thinker who is very customer service oriented. Must be a good problem solver with the ability to spot trends where processes may have gone wrong. Primary Functions • Resolving emergency situations and complaints that arise from our clients, tour managers, and vendors which may require assistance from various departments in the organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to contacting the appropriate manager, communicating delayed arrivals, checking flight status and availability, booking alternate reservations, and issuing or reissuing airline tickets (during off peak hours). • Act as the voice of Collette to the direct passenger, ensuring that each interaction with the customer follows the Customer Care Center philosophy in both quality and efficiency • Document and track all issues for future trend analysis • All new hires will be required to successfully complete the Client Care Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material to serve as a diverse asset to the team. • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period, where lunches and breaks are scheduled, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule, and work over-time, holidays, and/or weekends, as needed. • Taking on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations. • Work collaboratively to support and promote company's values and vision.
