Tractor Supply Stockers and Receivers unload freight, organize warehouse inventory, stock shelves, build merchandise displays, assist with inventory counts, help customers load heavy merchandise such as feed or equipment, and maintain a clean and organized store and stockroom. Overnight stockers focus on stocking, organizing inventory, and preparing the store for the next day. This position typically pays $14–$18 per hour, and overnight shifts may include an additional $1–$3 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location. Benefits may include employee discounts, health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, tuition assistance programs, and overnight shift pay differential.
