What We Are Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or transportation engineering from an accredited college or university • Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Iowa • 8+ years of highway design experience • Proven understanding of DOT design standards (IowaDOT preferred) and AASHTO "Green" Book • Experience managing and mentoring staff • Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development • Strong working technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices is required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment is essential • Strong active listening and team building skills • Possess valid driver's license Bolton & Menk will currently not be providing visa sponsorship or Optional Practical Training Extensions for STEM Students. Client Service Specialist As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and responding to inbound customer inquiries, performing outreach to providers and members, providing program support for contract members, and providing technical and administrative support for various contracts, including support of internal applications and tools. Requirements: • High school diploma and/or equivalent. • 1 - 2 years experience working in a customer service environment. • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Intermediate PC skills. • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products. • Ability to triage issues and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
