You will manage all aspects of the indirect lending process-from underwriting and portfolio management to customer service and dealer support-while maintaining a strong focus on asset quality, compliance, and profitability. Essential Duties • Represent the Bank to the customer in a courteous and professional manner. Furnish prompt, efficient, and accurate service. • Build relationships with auto dealers to increase loan volume for the Indirect Department • Keep up with the auto industry changes and make sure City Bank stays competitive in the Indirect market • Underwrite Indirect loan applications sent in by auto dealerships • Collect on past due Indirect loan accounts • Service and maintenance Indirect loans • Customer support of Indirect loans • Assist Indirect Lending Doc Prep to help expedite the funding process on Indirect loans • Give attention to detail and provide excellent communication skills. • Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and professional environment. • Participate in training sessions as required by supervisor. • Interview loan applicants to obtain and analyze financial and other relevant information in order to determine the creditworthiness of each applicant and the merit of the individual request. • Establish and negotiate terms under which credit will extended, including costs, repayment methods and collateral requirements. • Collect and analyze interim information on outstanding loans under servicing responsibility. • Collect accounts with an acceptable level of past dues. • Visit customer businesses for inspection of plant facilities. • Advise customers, when appropriate, on business management or financial affairs. • Serve as contact for customers of non-loan related services. • Develop customer base through an active solicitation of prospective and existing clients with an emphasis on selling bank products. • Approve loans utilizing individual lending authority as provided in loan policy. • Develop material for and make recommendations to Loan Committee on requests above individual authority requiring Committee approval. • Counsel with and assist in the training and development of other loan officers as requested. • Provide input to officers on loan requests as to credit quality, structure and pricing. • Maintain active interest in local and national affairs which could have an impact on lending activities. • Maintain involvement in civic and community activities, representing the Bank in a favorable manner. Safety And Health Manager Please note our clients and projects are nationwide – Travel will be required. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project-specific safety and health issues to ensure the protection of Haskell employees, contract partner employees, client personnel, and the general public. You will also evaluate and coordinate project activities to comply with rules, regulations, and policies applicable to project safety. Your responsibilities will include: • Participates in safety pre-planning and hazard analysis for a project with the project superintendent • Initiates and monitors project drug screening procedures • Conducts safety orientation and training process for all employees and contract partners upon arrival on site • Conducts all necessary safety training for an assigned project • Participates in the enforcement of The Haskell Company Code of Safe Practice throughout the project • Provides inspection and correction audits to the superintendent on a daily basis for their action with employees and contract partners • Maintains follow-up procedures for ensuring all items identified are corrected in a timely fashion • Should hazard(s) classified as an imminent danger be identified, stop operations, and protect others from the hazard(s) • Contacts project superintendent for immediate correction • Verifies training of those involved in the generation of the hazard • Communicates with the assigned Regional Safety Supervisor (RSS) on all project safety issues • Performs monthly Safety Evaluation Report (SER) with the assistance of the RSS • Participates in pre-construction and subcontractor meetings to discuss/review safety-related issues prior to commencement of their work and be aware of project particulars • Conducts weekly safety meetings with all project employees • Enforces safety rules per established disciplinary action guidelines • Maintains required employee training records and all project safety documentation • Administers all record keeping and reporting guidelines as required by regulatory agencies and company policies • Conducts accident investigations and assists project superintendent in the prompt reporting of incidents/accidents • Inspects and maintains safety equipment • Issues confined space and "hot work" permits as required • Accompanies any (authorized outside entities) personnel on safety inspections • Performs additional assignments per supervisor's direction To thrive in this role, you'll need: • 5 years of experience in the construction industry • Associate's degree as a minimum • Advanced Technology and Mission Critical Market, Manufacturing and Industrial Water experience • Recognized safety certification (STS, CSST, CSSS) through BCSP or NCCER • A thorough understanding of and the ability to enforce all federal, state, local, and company regulations • The ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures • Good interpersonal and communication skills required • Ability to understand and execute the company vision and values of Team, Excellence, Service, and Trust Join our team and be a driving force behind our project's success!
