Overview: The Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room to ensure product is easily located, inventory is accurate, provide efficient customer service, and maintain a safe environment. Responsibilities • Responsible for contributing to efforts in the stores achievements • Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with coworkers/customers • Meet company standards for store appearance, performance, product knowledge and store operations • Efficiently follow all instructions/tasks given by Management within a specified timeline • Understand and communicate to Store/Assistant or Stock Manager on weekly basis about the stock available and/or damaged • Understand and follow store operating procedures and policies • Ensure shelves and stockroom is fully stocked, well organized, clean faced tagged and signed • Maintain merchandise standards in/around the stockroom • Ensure all hangers are separated and placed in correct box/boxes • Responsible for condensing styles and ensuring fixtures are in one place • Maintain a consistent awareness of the stores stock regularly • Ensure consistent awareness of the store's merchandise and consistent control of merchandise Key Partners • Store Management • Human Resources • District Manager • Asset Protection Qualifications • Must be at least 16 years of age • Previous stock or retail experience a plus • Strong attention to detail • Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays • Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming • Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift. • Lifting between 15-30 pounds. Sam's Club is seeking Merchandise and Stocking Associates to assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and supporting daily warehouse club operations. Associates are responsible for unloading deliveries, moving merchandise onto the sales floor, stocking shelves and bulk displays, rotating inventory, organizing backroom inventory, and ensuring products are properly labeled and displayed. Associates may also assist members with locating merchandise and help maintain store cleanliness and organization. This position typically pays $15 to $20 per hour, with opportunities for overnight shift differential pay, overtime pay, holiday pay, and performance-based raises depending on location and shift.Merchandise and Stocking Associates are responsible for unloading trucks, moving pallets using pallet jacks or forklifts, stocking shelves and bulk displays, rotating inventory, labeling merchandise, organizing backroom inventory, setting up promotional displays, and maintaining store organization and safety standards. UPS is seeking Package Delivery Drivers to safely operate delivery trucks and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers on an assigned route. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading packages, following a scheduled delivery route, operating a UPS delivery vehicle, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups. Drivers must be comfortable driving a delivery truck, and some locations may require the ability to drive a manual transmission delivery vehicle. This position requires passing a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam and maintaining a valid driver's license with a clean driving record in accordance with UPS and DOT regulations. This position typically pays $45 per hour or more for full-time UPS package delivery drivers, with additional overtime pay available during peak seasons.Drivers are responsible for meeting daily delivery quotas, using handheld scanners to track and confirm deliveries, following all UPS safety procedures, lifting and carrying packages, and maintaining a professional appearance while representing UPS. Drivers must follow company guidelines regarding safe driving practices, package handling procedures, delivery confirmation procedures, and customer interaction standards.Full-time UPS employees may be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, pension plan, 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and union-negotiated wage increases.
