Pay: $26.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday | Hours Vary Depending on Route We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Regional Truck Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and a commitment to delivering freight safely and efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: • Drive on average three nights out per week, and home every weekend. Overnight deliveries may be required. • 95% no-touch pickup and deliveries • Safely operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies. • Transport freight to designated regional locations in a timely and efficient manner. • Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections. • Maintain radio or telephone contact with dispatchers to receive instructions or be dispatched to new location. • Maintain electronic logs according to state and federal regulations. • Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure the accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of verificable CDL Class A experience • Clean MVR and safe driving record • Current DOT medical card. • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check. • Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements. • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Building Supervisors/ Parking Attendant will deliver excellent service to all members, guests and program participants. The primary responsibility is to provide overall supervision of the YMCA facility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Builds relationships with members, prospective members, program participants, volunteers, and staff to gain and retain memberships. 2. Responsible for parking lot supervision. 3. Relates to the public in a positive manner, addressing member concerns and interacting with participants as well as informing supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues. 4. Applies all YMCA policies dealing with member services and staff. 5. Assists with Welcome Center as needed. 6. Actively participates in department and branch staff meetings and/or related trainings. 7. Performs other duties as assigned. At least 1 year customer service, sales or related experience 3. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills 4. Basic knowledge of computers 5. Ability to work independently with attention to detail required 6. Demonstrated leadership, dependability & flexibility in work hours 7. Complete before first shift: YMCA cause & culture training; membership-specific computer training; all required abuse prevention training. 8. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community and successful clearance of background check. 9. Follow youth boundaries policies and abuse risk management training. 10. Report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and adhere to mandated abuse reporting and responsibilities.
