The Opportunity We're seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to be the face of our service department. You'll build trust with every guest, present needed services with integrity, and drive a great customer experience that keeps people coming back. This is a high-accountability role — we expect strong production, an honest sales approach, and an exceptional customer experience on every single repair order. Internal Service Advisor Position Summary The Internal Service Advisor plays a vital role in supporting the dealership's service and sales operations by ensuring used vehicles are processed efficiently and prepared for frontline retail sales. This position is responsible for coordinating the repair process from initial inspection through completion while maintaining high standards of quality, communication, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Check in all used vehicles and perform the initial repair write-up. • Coordinate and monitor Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) to ensure all manufacturer and dealership standards are met. • Obtain repair approvals and communicate with the appropriate departments to keep repairs moving efficiently. • Ensure vehicles are completed within established turnaround times and are retail-ready for frontline sales. • Manage and follow up on "We Owe" items, ensuring all promised work is completed accurately and on time. • Maintain consistent communication with the Service, Sales, and Parts departments to ensure seamless workflow. • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal departments and retail clients. • Monitor repair progress, address delays proactively, and ensure all commitments are met. • Uphold dealership standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the repair process. Qualifications • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and customer service abilities. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in automotive service advising or dealership operations is preferred. • Working knowledge of dealership processes, repair orders, and vehicle reconditioning is a plus. Hotel Housekeeping Position Under direct supervision of the Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, cleans and straightens Hotel Guest Rooms, Hotel Corridors, Elevators and Elevator Bay, Stairwells and Guest Service Areas within the Hotel (Ice & Soda Machine Rooms), including transporting clean and dirty linens and trash to/from designated areas in accordance with Company Standards. Assists with stocking other items within the Hotel Supply Areas as needed. Responsible for moving furniture, boxes, stocking and re-stocking shelves, and trash removal for proper cleaning and readiness for guestutilization. This position description may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found or assigned to this position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Six months experience in customer service or hospitality preferred. • Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license. • Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States. • Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference shall apply to all positions at Osage Casinos. • Applicants must be able to perform all essential functions of job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Responsibilities DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS: • At beginning of shift, assist with restocking all Hotel Supply Areas as needed • Moves furniture as needed to facilitate cleaning to Company Standards. • Respond to and fulfill In-Room Guest Service Calls requests for towels, linens, bedding, toiletries and amenities. • Collect soiled towels and linens and transport from Guest Rooms to designated areas. • Vacuums guest hallways, elevators, elevator hallways and guest room floors. • Dusts guest hallway walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills. • Make guest room deliveries. • Clean guest rooms consistent with Property Standards, including bed making, carpets, bathrooms, shower enclosures, bathtubs, floors, entry ways, walls, ceilings, windows, mirrors. • Empties Room Attendants carts and wastebaskets. • Fills out maintenance requests for any items that need repair. • Replace light bulbs in Guest Rooms within reach and uses Hotel Management System to create Service Requests for Engineering & Facilities to replace hard-to-reach light bulbs. • Works professionally as a Member of a Team. • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. GUEST SERVICE: • Provides excellent internal and external guest services, treating internal and external guests with courtesy and consideration at all times. • Cooperates and communicates with all fellow employees, always exhibiting mutual respect and consistently projecting a positive, helpful image/attitude. COMMUNICATION: • Makes efforts to keep informed of company information and communications by reviewing property bulletin boards, digital signage, and company newsletter. • On an individual basis or in a group format, explains why, shares information, and communicates the purpose of decisions to applicable staff.
