Light Assembly Repair Clerk - 2nd Shift

Job description

As a Customer Service Employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service experiences. Your responsibilities include monitoring and upkeep of lineside point of delivery locations throughout campus. The organization, cleanliness, ability to identify parts compliance issues and coordinating with team members to meet customer needs efficiently while upholding the company's standards of customer satisfaction. Principal Responsibilities: (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): Lineside kitting of parts through use of kit carts, kit boxes or any staging structure at the point of delivery areas. Removing parts from vendor packaging at point of delivery areas as needed. Organize all delivered orders specific to customer needs/desire at point of delivery areas.
