As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.24 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time: Monday 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM Tuesday 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM Wednesday 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM Thursday 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM Friday 02:00 PM - 07:00 PM What You'll Do: • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, reporting unusual activity or policy concerns to appropriate personnel. • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols. • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the banking location, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. • Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and promptly. Minimum Requirements: • Be at least 21 years of age. • CPR certification is preferred. • A guard card or license is preferred. • Customer service experience is preferred. • Access control and badge experience is preferred. • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
