Duties You will perform essential victim service, advocacy, and provide a non-clinical response that is trauma-informed, gender-responsive, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented, and without prejudice to adult victims of sexual assault. You will conduct mandated initial risk screening; safety assessment and planning; and coordinate medical, legal, and civilian and military law enforcement resources to address immediate risk, safety, and supportive service needs. You will ensure victims of sexual assault receive information and support during administrative, medical, investigative and legal procedures to support victim self-determination and informed decision making. You will provide assistance to victims in securing medical treatment for physical and psychological injuries; safe shelter; protective orders; and any other services identified and requested by the victim. You will inform victims of the resources available to report instances of sexual assault related retaliation, reprisal, ostracism, maltreatment, sexual harassment, or to request a transfer.

Traffic Engineer/Transportation Planner

Sr. Traffic Engineer The location of this position is flexible and can be performed from any of our Apex offices or remotely within 250 miles an Apex office. The candidate will be expected to attend in-person key business, client, and project related meetings, including personnel meetings if they are a direct supervisor. This person will report directly to the Transportation Sector Leader. This position is considered a strategic hire and will provide an opportunity to build a traffic team by expanding services to public and private clients. Key responsibilities will include being involved with technical work for transportation and municipal projects requiring traffic engineering and operations analysis. This position will also require participating in the development of new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals and active collaboration on projects with other project managers. Qualification Requirements: • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. • Professional Engineers License or ability to be licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota within 6 months. • Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification. • 5 or more years of traffic engineering and transportation planning related experience. • Experience with transportation projects and public agencies located in North Dakota and Minnesota is preferred. • Strong project management skills and experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be detail orientated, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and organizational skills. • Proficient using Microsoft Windows/Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Traffic modeling experience using Synchro/SimTraffic, HCS, Vissim, and other traffic analysis software. • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer • A valid driver's license is required or the ability to obtain one. Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Remote/Hybrid Position - Must be located in Colorado for occassional onsite activities Purpose and Scope The Quality Control Technical Compliance Specialist is a technical and compliance role within the QC functional area. The primary functions related to this role include completing change controls, deviations, procedure updates, CAPAs and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, this role will facilitate collaboration between the investigations writers (investigators), document writers in other groups and QC leadership to reach proper technical decisions related to the types of records owned within QC. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Assume an in-depth compliance role in the QCC laboratory, including writing change controls, owning change actions, change assessments, CAPAs, deviations, routine document changes, and continuous improvement document changes. • Work closely with the leadership team to redline documents and collaborate with the document writers in other departments to update QCC documents minimizing rework and additional rounds through the edit and approval cycle. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents and records, prior to routing through Veeva. • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure previous commitments and CAPAs remain in compliance with the revised requirements. • Own and complete change controls related to method updates, specification updates, instrumentation upgrades or retirements, and changes to validated processes. • Ensure all records and documents move through the process adhering to established procedure timelines, following up regularly with stakeholders and facilitating removal of any roadblocks which would prevent on-time completion. • Serve as a point of contact for QCC and external departments related to external change assessments and change actions. • Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for report reviews and approvals. • Work closely with the investigation writers and management for CAPA discussions, while setting appropriate timelines for implementation and ensuring all dates are met. • Work with leadership to complete CAPA implementation actions and effectiveness checks. • Perform the quarterly trend deviation reports. • Escalate any issues that threaten deadlines to leadership. • Assist departmental leadership in new endeavors including efficiency efforts, organizational tasks, and non-routine activities that require a higher level of scientific skills. • Attend T3 Academy and drive completion of process improvement projects for the department. • Upon delegation, assume a supporting role to the management team for activities such as the issuance of COAs, test methods and specifications, and participate in project meetings. • Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork, camaraderie, and respect towards co-workers. • Perform various other duties as assigned.
