Responsibilities: • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries • Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience • Verify and update patient demographics, insurance, and billing information • Check patients in/out and ensure all required documentation is completed • Calculate insurance benefits and collect co-pays/treatment payments • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations • Keep the front office and reception area organized and presentable • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Dental front office experience required (oral surgery experience a plus) • Strong understanding of insurance verification, co-pays, and treatment estimates • Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) preferred • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Only candidates with prior dental front office experience will be considered.
