Delivery Specialist Position

Our client is seeking a Solutions Service Specialist to join their team. As a Solutions Service Specialist, you will be supporting customer operations and vendor‑managed inventory programs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title Solutions Service SpecialistLocation Danville, VAPay Range $22.00/hourWhat's the Job? Scan and replenish fastener bins and vendor‑managed inventory (VMI) locations.Stock and maintain customer vending machines and inventory systems.Read packing slips, labels, and part numbers to accurately identify and stock products.Travel between customer locations to support inventory management activities.Convey customer needs and concerns beyond inventory requirements to help support overall customer satisfaction.What Makes You a Great Fit Enjoys working independently and building relationships with customers.Has experience in inventory, warehouse, stocking, manufacturing, or a similar environment.Comfortable learning product information and working with inventory systems.Comfortable working with part numbers, labels, and packing slips.Willing to travel locally between customer sites.Demonstrates strong customer service skills and enjoys providing support to meet customer needs.What's in it for me?
