Manage office correspondence through Outlook, phone, and email ? Process and maintain information in QuickBooks Online ? Order and track office supplies and inventory ? Prepare, update, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Excel ? Submit permits and assist with administrative paperwork ? Run occasional business-related errands ? Provide general administrative support to help the office operate efficiently What We're Looking For ? Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred ? Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail ? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook ? Excellent organizational and time-management skills ? Professional communication and customer service abilities ? Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities ? Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive attitude ?
