Ensure all Swire Coca-Cola's customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. Guarantee customer satisfaction in maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola. Responsibilities: • Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day • Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers • Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases • Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system • Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management • Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily • Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Valid driver's license required; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements • Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely • Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs Why Join Our Team? • Mileage Reimbursement • Local routes – Allowing you to stay close to home and represent an international brand in your community Base pay range is $ 19.05 to $23.81/hour plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities. Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 7 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays; 40hrs of vacation pro-rated in first year (3-1/3 hours per remaining full month in current calendar year); Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty.
