They are responsible for picking and preparing customer orders accurately for our delivery team. Working as a team is a critical part of this position's success. Primary Responsibilities • Accurately pick customer orders using an electric pallet jack and/other provided technology • Perform all duties related to shipping and picking picking-to-pallet of products • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards • Demonstrate positive, cooperative, and team-oriented behavior with co-workers, supervisors, managers consistent with those of the Company's Core Values at all times • Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned Key Competencies • Safety minded • Active listening • Accountability & integrity • Team player & strong work ethic • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Effective organizational and time management skills • Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals People Management None Work Environment This job operates mostly indoors with occasional outdoor work.
