Customer Service Representative The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to provide superior customer service to each individual making contact with Monarch. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for managing inbound/outbound calls, scheduling appointments for Monarch's behavioral health outpatient facilities and providing general support and information to callers. What You'll Do: • Answer inbound calls in a polite and professional manner in order to identify the needs of each caller and provide appropriate support using existing processes, forward messages when necessary and transfer calls to other Monarch personnel when appropriate while ensuring accurate and complete documentation of all interactions. • Answer general questions and provide callers with location addresses, driving directions and other information regarding various agency sites throughout the state. • Provide excellent customer service and deal with calls in a diplomatic and sensitive way with due regard to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality. • Schedule patients for all Behavioral Health clinics. Verify appointments and direct to proper person or site; perform related clerical duties including updating/entering information into the agency's electronic health record system if required. Obtain specific information to generate accurate financial and demographic records for people served to ensure maximum reimbursement. • Maintain accurate schedule of all behavioral health clinics. • Route emergency calls appropriately and manage emergencies/crisis calls with a calm demeanor and in accordance with department training. • Attend and actively participate in meetings and training as required. Maintain certification in all agency, state and federal training requirements. • Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas. • Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. • Minimal driving and travel may be required. REQUIRED SKILLS and ABILITIES: • Must have a high level of analytical skills. Work requires continual attention to detail with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Must be able to interact and communicate with clients at all levels (e.g. internal and external). • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including but not limited to, Microsoft Office • Applications and computer-assisted engineering and design software. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical reports, journals, financial reports, and legal documents. • Ability to write scopes of work clearly and coherently, budget estimates, schedules, reports of findings, proposals, general correspondence, and other technical documents. • Ability to respond to inquiries from internal and external clients. Capable of effectively presenting information to top management, clients, public groups, and/or boards of directors. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS: • IAAI-CFI certification preferred. • A minimum of NAFI-CFEI with the ability to obtain an IAAI-CFI within 18 months. • 5+ years of related work experience in fire investigation or a related field. • AAS in Fire Science, Fire Investigation, Forensic Science or related experience as a fire investigator, firefighter, or law enforcement officer/investigator. PHYSICAL DEMANDS, OVERTIME, and TRAVEL: • Physical Demands - Work is performed both in an office setting and at outside locations (i.e. Client's office, industrial, construction, and/or residential sites). Employee is frequently required to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and work in space-limited areas. Employee must wear a tight-fitting respirator during investigations. Employee may be required to shovel fire debris, move furniture and other household/ commercial items and operate lifts as needed. Employee may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employee must be sharp, focused, and alert when conducting site inspections interacting with clients, preparing written reports of findings, and testifying in deposition or trial. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary. • Overtime - Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. There will be periods where overtime will be required, which the employee will need to comply with to meet the demands of the position. • Travel Requirements - This position requires up to 50% local travel. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required. Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation. Distribution Designer Orbital Engineering, Inc. is currently seeking a Distribution Designer for our Utility Services team to support projects in New Jersey. This position will accommodate a remote work arrangement, but the candidate will be expected to reside within New Jersey in orderto conduct field data acquisition in the client's service area in addition to performing design duties. Orbital Engineering's Utility Services Department partners with Utility and Communication Companies in Engineering and Construction operations for Joint Use Pole Attachment Programs (JU), Distribution Engineering Design Projects, and Distribution System Improvement Charge (DSIC) programs, such as the Pennsylvania Long-Term Infrastructure Improvement Program (LTIIP). This Distribution Designer position will directly support projects within the Utility Services Department's pole attachment application process and power delivery improvement process. The Utility Services team is also responsible for analyzing requests for attachment to client's poles and network reliability improvements on client's electric distribution systems. Utility Services staff support GIS data analytics, creation of notifications, work orders, invoicing, and financial reports utilizing enterprise resource planning software.
