Customer Service Representative The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer support to both internal and external clients by leveraging an in-depth understanding of the organization's products and services. This role requires strong collaboration with the Customer Service Manager and the Production team to ensure efficient communication and smooth operations. Responsibilities • Communicate with customers regularly for updates on in-progress jobs via phone or email. • Resolve customer inquiries related to jobs and quotes promptly. • Manage customer quote approvals, re-quoting as necessary, ensuring client satisfaction. • Coordinate with production, shipping, warehouse, and common carriers to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments. • Ensure quotes are processed efficiently and within defined timeframes. Essential Skills • Collaborate effectively with other departments and individuals within the organization. • Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in ERP systems (Quantum/Component Control) and Microsoft Office. • Ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in English, with basic math skills. • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business. • Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Possess knowledge of the aviation industry and airline Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Knowledge of general office clerical procedures. • Ability to regularly exercise sound judgment in decision-making. • High school diploma required; a college degree in a business-related field is preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr. A CDL Driver at White Cap • Coordinates and delivers products to customer jobsites. • May use a truck-mounted forklift (Moffett or Piggyback) to unload shipments at customer jobsites. • Follows DOT regulations in accordance with vehicle maintenance and operates with a strong sense of safety. • Ensures that manifests and all paperwork are accurate. • May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment. • Has a minimum of one year of CDL Driving experience and required state license. • Performs other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications • Have a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) issued by the state in which the candidate resides with all the relevant endorsements required for the type of equipment being operated (i.e., Hazardous Material to transport hazardous materials that require placarding) • Two years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations preferred • Forklift certification preferred • Spanish language proficiency If you're looking to play a role in building America, consider one of our open opportunities.
