Responsibilities include receiving inventory, scanning, sorting, manifesting, and shipping prescription orders using automated equipment and conveyor systems while maintaining accuracy and workflow consistency.Shift Schedule3 weeks: Sunday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM (Friday and Saturday off)1 week: Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM and Saturday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Thursday and Friday off)Shift DifferentialHourly associates receive an additional $1.00 per hour during hours of 8 PM to close (close time may vary).Main ResponsibilitiesFollow and promote proper pharmacy, general safety, and security procedures.Assist with preparation of intra‑facility transfers for delivery to stores.Maintain automated production lines, inspect and prepare packages, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.Organize totes on pallets for shipment and coordinate with transportation partners.Maintain pharmacy system and technologies for conveyance, packaging, and shipping; elevate technical and workflow issues.Monitor and maintain uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices; perform basic troubleshooting of routine errors.Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations.Create and maintain documentation as requested.Assist Inventory Technicians and participate in Inventory Audits.Perform other duties as assigned in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.QualificationsMust be committed to safety, productivity, and efficiency; self‑motivated, energetic, detail oriented.Highly organized, flexible, and adaptable; prioritizes tasks effectively.Works well with others, can motivate teammates, and leads by example.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional image and proper grooming.Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.Preferred ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of retail or fulfillment‑center experience.Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.Experience with inventory management systems, scanning equipment, conveyor lines, or robotic systems.Central Fulfillment Pharmacy experience.Computer and math skills.Equal Opportunity EmployerAlbertsons is an equal‑opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, or any other basis prohibited by law.
