POSITION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Attendant plays a critical role in keeping our production line running smoothly. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment. The Warehouse Attendant ensures accurate handling of materials, timely movement of inventory, and maintains a safe, organized workspace to support production efficiency and on-time delivery. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Receive raw materials and components, verifying counts against packing slips and purchase orders. • Stage and deliver materials to manufacturing lines precisely when needed to prevent production downtime. • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. • Log all inventory movements within our ERP system. • Participate in routine inventory audits and cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels. • Regularly transition into other operational areas to absorb workload surges and support overall business objectives. QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environment, or similar role. • Ability to maintain certification on facility equipment, such as forklifts, etc. • Excellent communication skills. • Proven track record of attendance and timelines. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is primarily performed in a warehouse setting requiring long periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Regular lifting of miscellaneous items up to 35 pounds. Regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and copiers is required as well as standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks. Ace Hardware Stockers and Receivers are responsible for receiving shipments, unloading trucks, organizing inventory in the stockroom, stocking shelves, building product displays, performing inventory counts, and keeping the warehouse and sales floor organized. Overnight shifts focus on large shipments, stocking, and preparing the store for opening. The position may require lifting heavy items and operating pallet jacks. This position typically pays $16–$20 per hour, and overnight stocking shifts may include an additional $1–$2 per hour overnight pay differential depending on location. Job Description Teledyne Micropac is a seeking an experienced assembler and machine operator who has the ability to perform a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies. What you'll do The essential functions and key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to: • Follow production drawings, procedures and work instructions in detail, understands and applies established workmanship practices for all facets of satellites, medical, defense/aerospace and high reliability industrial applications • Ensure that quality checks are completed throughout the manufacturing process. • Operate and set up Manual Wire Bonding equipment to perform thermosonic gold wire and aluminum wire bonding. • Strong problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively with other teammates, quality control and process engineers to ensure product meets strict specifications. • Attentiveness to details and adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols are essential. • Assist with training as required. • Perform production assembler duties as determined by Supervisor. • Delicate hand assembly of electronics devices using solder, epoxy, and wire bonding techniques specifically under the microscopes. • Inspect completed work to quality requirements. What you need • Possess excellent manual dexterity, manufacturing knowledge. Experience with small parts, small hand tools, equipment, and microscope - required • Ability to read and work from engineer drawings, work instructions and bills of material to understand the required parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly - required • Possess a solid, quality minded work ethic and a strong attention to detail with a strong desire for precision and accuracy when executing job duties. - required • Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD control.) - required • High School Diploma and basic computer skills are a necessity - required • A minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly, production environment, or cleanroom experience is essential - required • If overtime is necessary, reasonable efforts will be made to provide employees with adequate advance notice, however, sometimes overtime may be mandatory.
