We are seeking a Customer Service Admin to support daily logistics and distribution operations in the warehouse. This role is heavily focused on data entry, reporting, inventory monitoring, customer communication, and problem resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations. • Experience working with reports, inventory systems, or shipment tracking tools. • Previous experience handling customer escalations or resolving service issues. • Bachelor's Degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field.
