We are seeking a Customer Service Admin to support daily logistics and distribution operations in the warehouse. This role is heavily focused on data entry, reporting, inventory monitoring, customer communication, and problem resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail. • Review reports and inventory records to identify discrepancies and operational issues. • Investigate and resolve freight-related issues, including misplaced or out-of-place shipments. • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding shipments, inventory, and order status. • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and urgency. • Troubleshoot operational challenges and work cross-functionally to identify solutions. • Track inventory movements and ensure records are updated accurately. • Monitor shipment activity and escalate issues when necessary. • Support day-to-day administrative operations within the logistics and distribution team. • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. You will be on your feet all day in a fast pace, outdoor setting cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicles.
