This position provides high-quality customer service while supporting daily housing operations. The Front Desk Assistant assists residents in person, by phone, and via email; performs administrative and operational tasks; and helps create a welcoming residential environment. Minimum Education and Experience High school graduate or equivalent. A minimum of six months of office and/or customer service experience. Position Overview The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting product to customer locations within a 250-mile radius of the Richardson, TX facility. This position requires compliance with all applicable DOT regulations, as well as state, federal, and local transportation laws. The role involves physical assistance with unloading as needed, maintaining vehicle documentation, and coordinating routes with the Logistics Coordinator.
