Job Description: Dedicated Reefer nighttime truck driver - Costco Average pay: $1,400-$1,700 weekly Home time: Weekly Experience: All CDL holders Overview • Hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with backhauls. • 100% no-touch and 50% drop-and hook freight. • Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs. • 3-4 loads per week with 1-2 stop-offs per load. • Drive within IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, NE and SD. Pay and bonus potential • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. • Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider. • Weekly performance pay. • $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. • $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. • Paid orientation. • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. The main responsibility of a Pizza Ranch Delivery Driver is to deliver the orders to the designated places on time. Punctuality and honesty are the attitude required from applicants for this position. Delivery Drivers are also expected to know how to read a basic road map or use a GPS system to find unfamiliar locations. The orders must be delivered right on time and given to customers in a very courteous manner. It is also expected from delivery drivers to make sure that the company's delivery vehicles are well maintained before and after the shift. While in the store, we ask that delivery drivers assist with other positions as well. This can include helping to maintain and fill the salad bar, taking pizzas to guests' tables, help bus tables, and help get cleaned dishes put away. Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies: • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Must have a driver's license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, acceptable motor vehicle record, and proof of insurance. • May be cross-trained to perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed. • Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shift. • Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping. • Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds. • Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service. • Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests.
