As a crucial part of our production line, you'll help ensure each snack reaches customers in perfect condition, contributing to a brand enjoyed by millions. What You'll Be Doing: • Packing finished snack products into cases and loading onto pallets • Assembling boxes and working at packaging tables or along production lines • Inspecting finished products to meet quality standards • Creating cardboard displays and helping with general cleaning duties • Supporting your team and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace • Taking on additional tasks as needed to keep production running smoothly Many new packers are paired with a buddy after orientation to help ease into the rhythm. This role offers a steady work pace that may feel fast initially, but most associates adapt within two weeks. Please note, this is a physically demanding position involving repetitive motions, standing for up to 8 hours, and lifting 25+ pounds. Individuals with vertigo or difficulty working around round conveyors may find this environment challenging.
